Class Action Compliance is a resource tool that provides comprehensive lawsuit information, broadcasts the latest class action news, and connects users with attorneys who can provide assistance for them.
The Challenge
Class Action Compliance had it’s old website built on a proprietary content management system that was complicated and hard to use. The website’s existing interface was poorly designed and resembled a Craigslist directory. Additionally the website had high drop off rates and failed to capture potential leads due to ineffective CTAs and poor quality lead capture forms.
The Solution
Analytix Media developed a new website with the user experience in mind. The site’s interface is organized and easy to navigate. The extensive content management system is organized and segregated in a manner users can easily search the site’s resources and find useful information to learn about open class action lawsuit cases and eligibility, and connect with an attorney at law for legal advice. The site’s lead capture forms were redesigned and optimized, while strategically placed CTAs encouraged lead generation processes.
