The Client
O Ponto Brazilian Steakhouse is a new destination point for fine dining in downtown Sacramento. Recognized for its fine dining and unique Brazilian experience of endless meats, sides, and salads. Their ambiance, culinary traditions, and outstanding hospitality services deliver a well-orchestrated ride that plays with colors, textures, temperatures, and flavors, leading guests to experience all five senses at the same time. That’s what they refer to as the #TheOpontoExperience
The Challenge
O Ponto Steakhouse was a brand new restaurant in the “Farm-To-Fork” capital of the restaurant industry and had limited local following. This posed a colossal challenge and limited their organic reach and engagement. Even with a stunning venue and well-crafted menu as well as the only rodizio style Brazilian steakhouse in a high traffic area, O Ponto was not seeing the success they had prepared for prior to opening. Analytix Media was called in to assist with managing and optimizing paid social ads and campaigns with the goal of converting to paying patrons.
The Solution
Analytix Media assisted with creating a new series of social media content to improve the restaurant’s overall image prior to the start of paid social ad campaigns. Our media professionals generated paid social media campaigns to increase exposure to the surrounding geographic area and increase exposure. Analytix Media focused on 2 strategies for O Ponto’s campaign. First, increasing visibility to develop local demographic awareness. Although in a prominent location, O Ponto was nowhere on the map for locals. Second, present an “Experience.” As the only rodizio style restaurant in a highly populated area, Analytix Media’s brand and design teams created a social media advertising strategy to connect with the local population.
The Results are In!
O Ponto Brazilian Steakhouse was a hidden gem that didn't focus on exposure and brand recognition upon opening their doors. Analytix Media was able to turn around a struggling high end restaurant and O Ponto is now booked out daily with a wait list for reservations.
