The Challenge

Smarter Paths existing website required a fresh look and clear ‘Call to Actions.’ Their website had to comply with FHA and NMLS legal requirements overseen by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The new website also had to function as an informational hub for users looking into buying or refinancing their home. Furthermore, the client wanted to improve overall user experience in order to encourage form submissions to generate more leads.

The Solution
